The appearance and origin of all types of Khawarij
According to the hadith of the Prophet, (PBUH), the Khawarij continuously come out of the differences between the Muslim Ummah at any point in time and put two ugly memories, the blasphemy of the Muslims and the fighting and killing of Ah-Al-Sunnah. they leave themselves as long as they are eradicated every time by the Mujahideen, and this fatal wound only re-engages when there are flaming disputes. may Allah destroy them.
This sect appears every time with a specific belief; As they are manifested in the clothes of cults and new thinking; But all of them come back to their two and three important and basic principles, which considered «کلاب النار» “Dogs of Fire”: First: fighting; Second: Excommunication; Third: Exit on Sunni Muslim imams. For this reason, in the study of history and differences, we notice that every time they bring a reprehensible and bloody gift with new clothes and sects. و الی الله المشتکی.
عن عبدالله بن عمر، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلىاللهعليهوسلم يقول: «إنه كائن فيكم قوم يقرؤون القرآن لا يجاوز تراقيهم، كلما طلع منهم قرن قطع، كلما طلع منهم قرن قطع – حتى ذكر عشرين مرة وزيادة – حتـى يـكـون أخـرهـم يخـرج مع الدجال (It is narrated from Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him, says: Indeed, there are people among you who recite the Qur’an but do not exceed their throats; when the horns of their glory clash, their glory may be cut off. The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, repeated this sentence more than twenty times until the last of this people will appear at the same time as Dajjal. (Whenever they collapse once, they appear again and at another time until the Dajjal appears with another group of them.)
Yes, this horn (sect) of Satan will appear continuously and will reappear every time after being broken until, according to the above hadith, the last of them will be united with Dajjal. This point is incidental and accepted that there will be Kharijites until the appearance of Dajjal.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, says: “The Prophet, peace be upon him, announced in various hadiths that (the Khawarij) will leave until the time of Dajjal, and Muslims agree that the Khawarij are not the only ones in the army (that fought with Ali, may Allah be pleased with him).
And this group is a group that is arrogant and is among the heretics who carry the heresy of blasphemy against Muslims, fighting and leaving Sunni rulers… so the danger of these is greater than the danger of the transgressors and debauchers.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said: «وأئمة أهل البدع أضر على الأمة من أهل الذنوب، ولهذا أمر صلیاللهعليهوآلهوسلم بقتل الخوارج، ونهى عن قتال الولاة الظلمة»(And the harm caused by the leaders of the heretics to this Ummah is greater than the harm caused by the wicked and transgressors, that is why the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him, ordered the killing (and fighting) of the Khawarij and warned and forbade war with unjust (and wicked) rulers.) Sometimes they even bring things to a point where fighting with them is better than fighting with the polytheists; As Ibn Habira, may Allah have mercy on him, says: «وفي الحديث أن قتال الخوارج أولى من قتال المشركين (According to this hadith (a hadith about the Khawarij), fighting with the Khawarij is more important than fighting with the polytheists.)
وَجُمْهُورُ الْخَوَارِجِ يُكَفِّرُونَ عُثْمَانَ وَعَلِيًّا وَمَنْ تَوَلَّاهُمَا وَالرَّافِضَةُ يَلْعَنُونَ أَبَابَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ وَمَنْ تَوَلَّاهُمْ وَلَكِنَّ الْفَسَادَ الظَّاهِرَ كَانَ فِي الْخَوَارِجِ: مِنْ سَفْكِ الدِّمَاءِ وَأَخْذِ الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْخُرُوجِ بِالسَّيْفِ (And the most of Khawarij, excommunicate Usman and Ali, and the group of Rawafez, excommunicate Abu Bakr, Umar and Usman, but the obvious corruption that exists in the Khawarij is that: they shed the blood of Muslims unjustly and their wealth They uprise and revolt with the sword against the ruler of the Muslims.)
As for the discussion of excommunication and non-excommunication of the Khawarij and their rebelliousness, it was mentioned in previous texts…; But here it is appropriate to mention the consensus of the Companions and some of the Rashid caliphs against Khawarij while there was no Excommunicate, but that this wicked people are rebel, and the reason for their fighting and corruption:
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah says: وَالْخَوَارِجُ الْمَارِقُونَ الَّذِينَ أَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقِتَالِهِمْ، قَاتَلَهُمْ أَمِيرُالْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَحَدُ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِينَ. وَاتَّفَقَ عَلَى قِتَالِهِمْ أَئِمَّةُ الدِّينِ مِنْ الصَّحَابَةِ وَالتَّابِعِينَ وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ. وَلَمْ يُكَفِّرْهُمْ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَسَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ وَغَيْرُهُمَا مِنْ الصَّحَابَةِ بَلْ جَعَلُوهُمْ مُسْلِمِينَ مَعَ قِتَالِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُقَاتِلْهُمْ عَلِيٌّ حَتَّى سَفَكُوا الدَّمَ الْحَرَامَ وَأَغَارُوا عَلَى أَمْوَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَقَاتَلَهُمْ لِدَفْعِ ظُلْمِهِمْ وَبَغْيِهِمْ لَا لِأَنَّهُمْ كُفَّارٌ
(And the Khawarij who left the religion are those whom the Prophet, peace be upon him, ordered to fight, Amir al-Mu’minin Ali bin Abi Talib, who is one of the rightly caliphs, killed them and agreed to fight them, the Imams of the religion, including the companions and followers, and those who came after them They did not excommunicate Ali bin Abi Talib and others from the Companions, but they killed them (that is, the Khawarij) and did not kill them except when they shed blood that was forbidden. And they attacked the property of the Muslims, so they killed (the Khawarij) to repel their oppression and rebellion, not because they were disbelievers.)
Therefore, the reason for killing the Khawarij in these valuable words from the book of the (Sirat Salaf), Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, explained the reasons for the fight and Rajeh’s saying that they would not be excommunicated.
قولُ عليٍّ رضِياللهُعنه للخوارجِ «كونوا حيث شئتم وبيننا وبينكم أن لا تسفِكوا دمًا حرامًا ولا تقطعوا سبيلًا ولا تظلِموا أحدًا فإن فعلتم نفَذتُ إليكم بالحربِ (The speech of Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, is addressed to the Khawarij, who says: “Be wherever you want, and between us and you is that you do not shed forbidden blood, do not cut off any roads, and do not oppress anyone; if you do so, I will come to you again.»)
The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him, said about this group (Khawarij): «تَمْرُقُ مَارِقَةٌ عَلی حین فِرْقَةٍ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِینَ تَقْتُلُهَا أَوْلَی الطَّائِفَتَیْنِ بِالْحَقِّ». (When Muslims non-union, they leave the religion and perish at the hands of the group that is closer to the truth.
Yes, it has been proven that these wicked people never rest and do not stick to any promises; because in their nature there is such vileness; As it was mentioned at the beginning of the article, what are the causes of these and what is the source of their emergence, it was proved with these narrations and sayings.
