Homosexuality (The 9th and Final Part)
The Ruling on Homosexuality among the four Imams
Scholars of different sects say that buggery is forbidden, and bugger deserves the worst punishment. Among them, the great Imam Abu Hanifah, may Allah have mercy on him, says that the punishment of bugger should be in such a way that it matches the punishment of Lout people. He ‘may Allah have mercy on him’ say: his hands and feet should be tied and throw him down from a high place until he crumbles to pieces, or he should be placed under a wall with his hands and feet tied and then destroy the wall on top of his head so that he is buried alive.
Therefore, according to Imam Abu Hanifa, may Allah have mercy on him, there is no limit (100 lashes and stoning) for bugger, but he should be stripped of all his clothes with disgrace (except for his private parts) so that he dies like a dog.
The three imams and the Sahibin of Ahnaf, may Allah have mercy on them, say: “bugger has limits like adultery; If he has a wife, he should be stoned to death, and otherwise he should be flogged a hundred times (whether he is the subject or the object)”.
    Disadvantages of Homosexuality
    1. AIDS:
Among the biggest problems of homosexuals is facing AIDS. This problem is so widespread that in the majority of countries in the world, which are among the staunch defenders of homosexuality, blood is not taken from homosexuals. The Food and Drug Administration in the United States has banned blood donation by homosexuals for the past 71 years due to the high risk of being infected with AIDS.
But these actions have canceled the general restriction and made blood donation by homosexuals conditional upon the passing of at least one year since the last sexual relationship with the same sex; Because it says that one year provides a good period of time to detect and investigate the presence of the virus and the risk of contamination, of course, this law is also implemented in countries such as Australia, England and New Zealand.
There is a similar law in Sweden. It is mentioned in the United Nations Office of AIDS that the highest number of AIDS patients belong to homosexual men.
According to the American Disease Control and Prevention Center, the highest rate of alcohol and drug addiction is among homosexuals, and it is harder for them to quit than others.
The same center states in statistics: 70% of AIDS sufferers are homosexuals, 23% are people who have normal sexual relations (that is, men and women) and 7% are drug addicts.
So far, the mentioned diseases belonged to male homosexuals, but will female homosexuals suffer from different diseases considering that there is no penetration in their sexual relations?! The Gay and Bisexual Professional Health Care website states that gay women are more likely than other women to suffer from diseases such as breast cancer, depression and heart disease, addiction, obesity and intimate partner violence.
    2. Suicide:
The problem of suicide among homosexuals is one of the biggest problems that Western societies are dealing with. In a report on the site (Healthy Place), it is mentioned that the suicide problem of homosexuality is very serious and the suicide rate among homosexuals, especially female homosexuals, is higher than other sexual orientations.
The rate of suicide among homosexuals is 3 times higher than others; Also, between 30 and 45 percent of homosexuals have committed suicide.
On the Today psychology site, we will encounter a strange issue: suicide is the second leading cause of death for young people aged 15 to 24 and the third leading cause of death for people aged 10 to 14, and suicide among gay youth is 2 to 7 times more than others.
List of homosexual celebrities who committed suicide:
Klausman: The German writer died of an overdose of sedatives.
Hart Crane: The famous American poet who threw himself into the sea and drowned.
Justin Fasano: The famous soccer player and the first soccer player to publicly announce that he is gay, also committed suicide.
William Inje: American playwright and screenwriter who committed suicide with carbon monoxide gas.
Karin Boy: Swedish poet and writer who committed suicide by taking too many sleeping pills.
Dennis Denton: American university professor who ended his life by jumping from a tall building.
Alexander McQueen: the famous British designer, ended his life by hanging himself.
    Conclusion
Considering the above topics, we find that homosexuality is a heinous act and a great sin, and it is strictly forbidden in the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah, and many promises have been mentioned about its doer. From the research conducted in this case, it is clear that this act is ugly and contrary to nature, that a wise and modest person would never do this act.
The divine tradition is that Allah Almighty created humans in two types (male and female) and each of these two complement each other and he created these two in such a way that they are worthy of closeness and in case of union, they are also mentally and physically ready. The survival of humanity is also dependent on these two.
Also, human perfection demands that a man be fully a man and a woman also fully feel that she is a woman; But in homosexuality, this image completely disappears; Because the subject tries to charm like women and submit to male lust; And one of the disadvantages of homosexuality is that it delivers femme fatale women and femme fatale men to the society; Therefore, homosexuality causes widespread corruption in the society and leads the healthy society towards isolation and collapse and completely destroys the healthy nature; So, people should come to their senses and start rebuilding their personality by leaving this unnatural act, which is the human and religious demand.
