The Death of Hazrat Syedna Firouz Dilami, May Allah Be Pleased with Him
The exact date of the death of Hazrat Firouz Dilami, may Allah be pleased with him, is not known, but it is stated in all biographies and history books that he died during the caliphate of Syedna Usman, may Allah be pleased with him, in Yemen. In other words, as Imam Ibn Saad, may Allah have mercy on him, mentioned in his book “Tabaqat,” Firouz Dilami passed away in Yemen during the caliphate of Uthman bin Affan, may Allah have mercy on him.
This excerpt reflects the life of one of the prominent figures of thought and history who, with his bravery in the fields of knowledge, jihad, Da’wah (invitation to Islam), and migration, achieved high merit and gained the pleasure of Allah Almighty and the Holy Prophet of Islam, peace be upon him.
The main purpose of examining the lives of these elders and leaders of Islam is to align our lives with theirs, harmonizing our actions with their exemplary characteristics and attributes.
May Almighty Allah grant success to the entire Islamic nation.
