When individuals fall into addiction, they may go to any lengths to satisfy their cravings, ultimately leading to societal decay. Enemies know that by implementing these policies among the young generation, they will become weak, listless, uncommitted, aimless and indifferent elements, and instead of going to schools, universities and centers of science and worship, they will become a decoration of places, displaced and amoral.
