One of the biggest fundamental problems facing the human world, which has challenged all the rules, regulations, and resolutions of institutions, associations, and especially national and international laws, is the issue of racism, as well as ethnic, linguistic, color, and cultural discrimination.
Today, the world has become a small, interconnected village where its people thrive on growth, advancement, progress, excellence, innovation, and civilization. Despite these claims, humanity is suffering from a crisis of spirituality, or in other words, a disintegration in the dimension of human values.
For example, the United States of America, which considers itself to be the leader of human rights and world peace in the world, from the first days of its discovery, precisely in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, the problem of bigotry arose in it and became a serious and acute challenge between Immigrants and natives. Since America was a newly discovered land, the waves of immigration intensified towards it, although the purpose of these migrations was first to get rid of the oppressive yoke of the authoritarian and arrogant systems ruling in the countries, and then to find a suitable land for farming and living, which unfortunately Since the arrival of the Europeans or the second wave of immigration to America, there was a fierce conflict between the native Americans and the new arrivals, which can be said as a plan for all kinds of prejudice and slavery in America, which lasted until the early half of the 19th century, and with the end of the war, Emancipation of the slaves, the issue of the North and the South, which was based on the economic issue, was brought up, which became the foundation of the issue of bigotry in its new face and rekindled the fire of differences.
The main cause of these differences can be considered the important and valuable position of the north and the millions of hectares of fertile land in the south, where thousands of black slaves were engaged in growing tobacco and cotton in these fields in the early 19th century, and the northern traders and artisans considered the farmers to be primitive, backward and regressive people. The creatures were thought to be cumbersome and considered themselves to be the superior race, and this difference between the industrial north and the agricultural south led to a bloody four-year war that even watered the seeds of fervent prejudices and resumed the scenario.
In this way, the industrialized northern Indians, after losing their wealth, felt the hatred of the southern blacks, who now considered themselves equal and the same as the northerners, and the southern blacks sought to recover and compensate for their violated rights that they had endured for years of slavery. They were trying, and even the 13th Amendment of the American Constitution in 1865, which prohibits the use of human beings as slaves except in the case of personal punishment, still could not solve this problem.
This was the situation of a land that was founded anew, and its foundations were established based on prejudices and hatreds, and human groups of different nationalities had settled in it, hatred and racial supremacy up to this point in history, the main core of division and factionalism and possibly conflict, and it was considered a dispute and originality and lack of it.
