An Overview of Hinduism (Part 3)
Hinduism is the religion of the Indian people. This religion lacks a fundamental teaching that forms its essence and does not have a holy prophet or Bible. According to various considerations, Hindus can be considered polytheistic or multiple, believers in personal or impersonal God, purifying or metaphorical. Due to the great tolerance of this religion, it is enough for every person to be a Hindu, who has not officially declared his conversion to another religion, to be considered a “Hindu”. Therefore, no particular belief or action causes a person to be considered a Hindu. “If they accept the system of Hindu culture and life, they will all be Hindu,” they said.
The moral foundation of this religion is also almost unlimited, but the emphasis of Hinduism is more on action (dharma) than on belief. It can be said that Dharma is the unifying factor of Hinduism. Hindus believe that man is caught in a cycle of repeated births and deaths, and he must suffer the suffering of reincarnation until he reaches revelation, he must suffer the suffering of reincarnation. There are three ways to achieve salvation in Hinduism: the way of performing the duties and rituals (karma Marge), the way of knowledge and understanding of the Atman-Brahman (Janane Marge) union, and the way of love
Hinduism, the most stable and with followers of nearly one billion people, is the first Indian religion to be more than three thousand years old. The presence of the Aryans at a time approximately three thousand five hundred years ago and the advent of the Vedas and especially Rig Veda (the most important and sacred Hindu book) created Hinduism on the Indian subcontinent.
In other words, the Hinduism is a wide range of celestial writings and various beliefs and philosophical schools and sacred myths and myths, whose unbreakable order, despite its complexity, multiplicity and variety, has amazing and admirable content.
The origin of this great religious tradition and ruling in the oldest hymns of “Rig Veda” which according to Hindu astronomers was compiled in the year (3666 BC) and according to the paradox of orientalists it is estimated that between 2500 and 5000 years is written B.C. In any case, it should be noted that the original books of Hinduism were first taken to heart for centuries, and the relatively new history of its compilation should not be mentioned recently. But what is astonishing in Hinduism is its power of revival and continuous continuity. From the ancient Vedic period until today, the principle and tick of this religion has not changed, and the same religion has added many branches to its origin in order to be able to meet the intellectual, spiritual and social requirements of each period of history, but these various annexes violate the system and the Vedic truths. It was not and according to the Hindu religion, which is based on the principle of hierarchy, it does not cause any harm, and behind the various philosophical schools and the various gods of Hindu mythology, there is a single truth that follows the Hindu religion as a single reality and continues … At the same time, it has a hierarchy. It is unbreakable and organized.
