The security and defense forces of a country strive to maintain order and internal security within that country and stand against threats and adversities. They guard the geographical and spiritual borders of the country, prevent encroachment on the country and its people, and, when necessary, enter into battle to prove the right and defend it with courage and masculinity.
Also, the security forces of a country have the duty to ensure the implementation of the applicable laws of the country, to prevent any type of oppression and corruption, to ensure the security of the country as much as possible, to pursue criminals and corruptors, and to search for the centers and nests of corruption in society and destroy them. They also fight against the enemy alongside the military forces when necessary.
The most important thing for a strong and powerful force is to be educated according to a regular and ideological curriculum and system and according to the demands of the religion, belief, and culture of their country and people. They should be educated in the spirit of sacrifice and selflessness in fulfilling these demands, so that they do not recognize themselves as wage earners or servants in exchange for salary and duty but are always prepared as Mujahideen for soldiering and sacrifice. They should fulfill their responsibilities based on the fear of Allah (S.W.H) and the expectation of rewards and punishments from Him.
The noble Prophet of Islam, PBUH, had this same standard in mind at the beginning of Islam, and he trained his honorable companions in the same spirit and made them ready for sacrifice. With this spirit and readiness, he was able to remove the blanket of disbelief and polytheism from the Arabian Peninsula and its surrounding areas in a short time and put an end to the autocratic rule of a great world empire (Pers).
This spirit and this type of education made the noble companions, and their subjects form a large and powerful state whose borders extended from China and the Caucasus to Morocco and Spain, and the entire Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea were in their territory, but the world leader’s countries were trying to get the support of the Islamic State in order to survive.
These great and undeniable achievements have caused the colonialist countries to always seek to prevent the formation of a strong system and a sincere and pure Islamic army and try to bring the army of the Islamic countries under their intellectual and cultural domination.
Another important field that the colonial countries placed under their control and support during the colonial era in Afghanistan was the training of the national, security and defense forces of Afghanistan. They tried to train the Afghan army and all the armed forces of this country according to their wishes and accepted criteria and through them, implement their plans and goals in this country.
In fact, the forces of the Afghan army and national and security police were only apparently Afghan and had the citizenship of this country, but in terms of their actions and goals, they were fully implementing the orders and demands of the colonizers.
Of course, in the midst of this, there were people from the police and the Afghan National Army who were deceived by the soldiers and high-ranking commanders, and by abusing their feelings and with dialogues such as defending the land and the homeland and sacrificing their lives in this direction, encouraging them to join the army, and they were with the colonialists and occupiers, and perhaps countless numbers of them were killed or maimed and missing during the history of the occupation of Afghanistan.
Perhaps the most pitiful group of the occupiers were the same type of low-level soldiers; because they were hired for a small and insignificant salary and were abused in the field of defending the homeland and meaningless interpretations like that, and they were killed in the posts and battlefields, and their high-ranking officials were engaged in luxury and enjoying and using huge salaries and they were safe.
Among the most important cases that happened among the military forces of the Afghan government, under the support of colonial countries, the following examples can be mentioned:
1- The lack of transparency in the number of these people and the existence of countless imaginary soldiers.
2- Spending a large part of the budget of countries that support occupation and colonialism by military forces for the existence of imaginary soldiers and commanders.
3- Mercenary and militia formation of young people who have no military experience, the reason for this was that no one was willing to join the military due to its infamy.
4- Absence of strong and correct faith and belief among the military and security forces and their successive failures for this reason; In such a way that the military and defense forces of the dictator government were very far from Islamic and religious teachings and beliefs and did not understand much about the history and political system of Islam, a few of them who were aware of Islamic beliefs and the need to oppose the infidels and colonizers, the military ranks and maybe there were young believers who were among the ranks of the military forces, but they killed the occupiers.
5- Individual, taste, personal and party dealings with people and creating tension and conflict because of this.
6- Dividing the country into different military groups and having each party and group leader have a personal and ethnic army and army; In such a way that each of the ethnic and jihadi leaders and elders had responsible or irresponsible armed forces that did not consider themselves to be abiding by any kind of law.
7- The rise in the level of administrative corruption and bribery among the military forces and the center’s failure to deal with this issue.
8- Harassment and sexual harassment of female police officers working in the ranks of the army and the police of the handgun administration; In such a way that many of these women had claimed that they had been physically, verbally and psychologically sexually harassed by their superiors and officials, but for fear of losing their job and livelihood, they did not reveal it and chose to remain silent. During a written survey and face-to-face interviews with 115 military women in Kabul, Badakhshan, Herat and Kunduz, half of them said that they had been sexually harassed many times directly by their colleagues and commanders.
8- The military education and training of the soldiers and police of the previous government by the forces and trainers of the colonial countries and changing their Islamic views and beliefs; In such a way that many times the occupying soldiers have clashed with the Afghan soldiers who stand in front of their insults.
9- The spread of sexual corruption among male soldiers of the military forces and the dragging of children and underage children to military bases and centers and their illegal sexual use; In such a way that this issue and the sexual use of children by soldiers and commanders reached such a stage that the international community and the colonial countries themselves asked their government to investigate this case.
10- The absence of commitment, honesty, purity, religion, piety and conscientiousness among the military forces and the spread of various corruptions among them, all the people who have dealt with the soldiers of the colonial government have understood these things well. The important cause of these cases was the formation of the mercenary army and army based on the colonial thinking and the looting of the capitals and facilities of the occupying countries by their henchmen.
