2. Paleontology of Satanism
The history of Satanism goes back to very distant years, which has gone through many stages in various forms. Although it is not possible to separate the exact time of these stages, but in any case, its historical periods can be enumerated as follows.
2-1. Bedouin Satanism
Groups of Bedouin people, due to attributing negative phenomena to evil beings (including the devil), believed in a kind of dualism, and along with the teachings of the prophets, they tended to bow down and glorify the powers of evil. They thought that negative things (drought, earthquake, famine, and flood) cannot be issued from the merciful Allah, and these things must spread from the origin of evil to the world of creation. For this reason, they invented certain rituals to satisfy the evil origin To the extent that at some point in time, during a special ceremony, human blood was shed and offered as a sacrifice to the devil and proximity to the forces of evil. According to the evidence obtained from archeological discoveries, the oldest Satanism in Latin America, South America and Central Africa dates back to centuries before Christ. For example, in South America, one of the tribes of this continent, who believed in good and bad, worshiped the devil by sacrificing humans. Something similar to this ritual existed in the tribes of Central Africa. This period is actually the primitive Satanism or Bedouin Satanism that is reflected in historical texts. Of course, some contemporary researchers consider the antiquity of Satanism to be related to the 15th and 16th centuries.
Middle Ages Satanism
This period begins with the appearance of a change in the type of vision of a group of people towards Satan and its manifestations. A change that solidifies the cornerstone of Satanism until the next era. Unlike the previous stage, when some people turned to Satanism due to negative phenomena, in this stage, Satan was portrayed as “Adam’s teacher”, “Knowledge guide” and “Guide to the tree of knowledge”, and Satan as a being who can teach science. to teach people and guide people to a bunch of information, is taken into consideration. Now, whether we consider the root of this belief to be Satan’s deception, or to look for it in the distorted pages of the Torah and the Bible, or from the intersection of all of them, it does not make much difference; Because in any case, the traces of the Jews in fattening this deviation are undeniable. Especially where the written Old Testament introduces Satan as an angel who invites man to the tree of knowledge. This caused some people to accept Satan as a manifestation of wisdom and knowledge and to guide mankind towards knowledge and to seek closeness to him. These illusory thoughts and opinions were gradually reflected in Western literary works. And it showed itself in the form of a school and religion, and such an idea of the devil became the introduction of the “composition of the satanic ideology” in the West, and in this way, the devil was introduced as the embodiment of wisdom and knowledge. According to historical data, satanism or satanic practices and the tendency to communicate with the devil and acquire satanic powers in the West continued in an unofficial, non-public and limited manner until the 15th century AD due to the opposition of the church. But despite this, many people, including magicians, participated in a ceremony called “sabat” according to regular schedules and worshiped the devil. Some people believe that satanism and superstition were systematically spread in the western society by scholars of the book (both Jews and Christians); Because the Jews included this influential part in the Holy Bible in order to prevent others from knowledge and knowledge, and with the justification that knowledge is a satanic and anti-religion thing and cannot be gathered with faith, they got busy collecting the knowledge treasure of other nations. In this way, the image that the Bible made of the devil became the basis of the ideology of Satanism.
