    Incorrect interpretation in the application of Islam (3rd part) 
    The basis of aberration in interpretation (being influenced by the Greek philosopher)
    Because conveying the message of Islam to the Ummah is obligatory; Therefore, there came a time when Muslims entered Greece to call Da’wah in the form of a good argument As Almighty God said:
    «وجادلهم بالتی هی أحسن» “And argue with them in the best way” carry; But at the same time, they were invited, they realized that philosophical and logical thoughts such as: the logic of Aristotle, Socrates, etc. prevailed and the debates about what is right and that there is no right in reality except in the field of debate, if someone convinced others with their reasons.
    This is the right, and there were other logical and philosophical debates that discuss the absences, and on the other hand, the inviting Muslims realized that if we learn the method and way of discussing these, we can satisfy them through their own discussions; Accordingly, Greek philosophical and logical books were translated into Arabic so that the principles and methods of the philosophers could be understood correctly; Accordingly, this group of Muslims continued to pursue a logical and philosophical discussion; The debates even reached the point where they based their intellect on the attributes of God Subhana wa Ta’ala and were free to judge whatever result it reached.
    This was the incorrect interpretation from the point of view of the theologians, which was the motivation of the call; But it was launched without any Sharia principles; But now that centuries have passed, the situation is such that there is no government in the Muslim geography that implements Islam in the field of action as a principle and system; Rather, instead, man-made systems such as democracy and capitalism rule that it is definitely forbidden to invite, carry and apply it; But on the other hand, a special atmosphere has prevailed among the Ummah and it can be clearly seen that some Islamic groups, politicians and the most dangerous of all Islamic scholars, side by side with the colonized Muslim governments by the infidels (the West and America) are carrying and adapting it. and give it an identity.
    They declare friendship with infidel governments and take the infidels as their guardians, and at the same time, to legitimize their actions, they use the Qur’an and the Sunnah, such as “Peace is better.” While the holy verse is related to husband and wife, if a man has several wives and among his wives, he cannot take care of one of them properly, and he spends most of his time on his other wives.
    According to that woman who has received little attention, Almighty God asked her not to divorce and to give up her rights for the benefit of her husband’s other wives, and He said, “والصلح خیر” in this her work is good (peace is good), while in relation to Guardians of disbelieving Almighty God says: «یَا أَیهَا الَّذِینَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْیهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِیاء بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِیاء بَعْضٍ وَمَن یتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ یهْدِی الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِینَ» “O believers! Do not take Jews and Christians as friends [don’t accept them as guardians in the first way] some of them are friends of others [and they are equal and equal in enmity with you] whoever among you befriends them [accepts them as guardians] surely he is counted among them, and there is no doubt that God does not guide oppressors [toward faith].”
    Only by changing the name of friendship to cooperation between disbelief and Islam, which is the result of incorrect “interpretation and distortion”, the ruling of Almighty God on the matter does not change; Rather, the verdict is in its place; But these are the people who have strayed from the path of Islam.
    At the same time, you see them allowing themselves in the parliament (where the servant makes the law of life for himself) and advising us to implement the ruling of God, the Exalted and Exalted, or our own whims; As a result, they prefer their own selves over the ruling of God, the Most High, and call it “Shura”, which is a Sharia concept, and they argue that we performed a Sharia act; As Almighty God says: «والذین استجابوا لربهم واقاموا الصلاة وأمرهم شوری بینهم» “Those who answered the call of their God, established the prayer, and their work is done by consulting among them.”
    The most important thing is whether “council” and consultation are for the implementation of Islam or for the non-implementation of Islam, if it is not the focus of the implementation of Islam; So this is no longer advice and “council”; Rather, it is a separate phenomenon from the Council, which can only be called “Parliament”, because Parliament is a house where people base their happiness and make decisions, and this phenomenon was caused when the happiness of the people of Europe was trampled by the Church.
    And the churches took religion as their service and intervened in the social and personal affairs of the people and benefited from the people as the rightful ones, until finally the people got fed up with their oppression and deception, rejected their ideas and rose against the church.
    And as a result of the people’s uprising against the church, he created the parliament, and the people came to the conclusion that the decisions that belong to all of us in the social life are decided by the majority, and they called it collective reason, and at the head of the parliament, a person who submits to the decision of the lawyers, as if they appointed him as a servant of the parliament, to obey their orders; But today’s Muslims forgot that the Amir is the one who gives the order, not the one who receives the order, and the Amir is appointed to implement Islam, not disbelief. As Almighty God says: «و من لم یحکم بما أنزل الله فأولئک هم الکافرون» Translation: “Whoever rules other than what God has revealed, he will be one of the disbelievers.”
    And sometimes, under the rule of groups that call themselves claimants of the religion and system of God Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, it is seen in their secondary education curriculum that they teach Islam to the Ummah that whenever someone changes his religion, he should be respected; Because human beings have freedom of opinion and this causes some hypocrites to apostatize and return from Islam to another religion in order to identify democracy. At the same time, the individual and the government make their vile act appear as if they have performed a religious act and derive their reason from the noble verse; As Almighty God says: «لا إكراه فى الدین» “It is not compulsory to accept religion”.
    While the mentioned verse is about those people who live in the territory of Islamic lands as citizens of the Islamic state, either permanently like dhimmis or temporarily like those who live in the territory of Islam, that is, it was not revealed about a Muslim who in trying to change his religion; Because Islam has come and addresses the human mind, so that it can achieve intellectual contentment and heart confidence, not to put a sword on a person’s neck and demand forced faith from him; But here there is a wrong interpretation in this matter, while the Messenger of God, (PBUH), said: «مَنْ بدَّل دینَه فاقتُلوه» (Whoever changed his religion, kill him.)
    In this way, when Mu’adh bin Jabal, may God be pleased with him, saw the apostate Abu Musa Ash’ari in Yemen, he asked who it was about. They said: Someone who used to be a Jew; Then he became a Muslim; But after that, he turned to Judaism again, and we have been trying to keep him in Islam since then, and he was asked to wait for two months. But he said: I swear by God that I will not sit down until I hit his neck.
    Then he hit his neck and said: God has decided through His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, that: «أن من رجع عن دینه فاقتلوه» أو قال: «من بدل دینه فاقتلوه»
    “One who returned from his religion; So, kill him or he said: Kill him who changed his religion.
