Jahmiyyah Sect (The 29th and Final Part)
Conclusion:
One of the most important things that every Muslim must pay attention to is the correctness of his belief and thought. If a Muslim’s belief is incorrect, all the actions he performs are rendered useless, and there is no reward for them. Therefore, a Muslim must strive to correct his belief according to the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), in light of the understanding of the noble companions and the righteous predecessors. Moreover, he should avoid justifying and interpreting the Quranic verses and the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) according to his own desires or those of others, and through his limited intellect. Incorrect justifications, interpretations, and perceptions of the Quran and Sunnah—viewed solely through the lens of reason—can lead a person astray.
The Jahmiyyah group is one of the sects that interpreted many verses of the Quran and hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) according to their own desires, deviating from the path of truth. They either denied the verses and hadiths that did not align with their intellects or presented incorrect interpretations of them. In the research presented above, an attempt has been made to use views from the Jahmiyyah sect found in reliable books authored by individuals with a correct understanding of the Jahmiyyah.
Although this research may not be a comprehensive study of the Jahmiyyah group, it aims to provide valuable information about the emergence of the Jahmiyyah sect, their beliefs and convictions, and their views on various issues. I ask Allah the Almighty to adorn this humble research with the ornament of acceptance and make it a cause for the awareness and awakening of the Muslim Ummah. Ameen.
