The Significance and Worth of Education in Human Life Are Undeniable (1st Part)
    Abstract
The amount of study and the tendency to read are among the most important indicators of growth and development. Studying serves as a crucial factor in enabling the flourishing of human potential, allowing individuals to reach their fullest potential. Through studying, individuals can familiarize themselves with the ideas and thoughts of the past, discover new intellectual, mental, and perceptual horizons, and utilize this knowledge to improve their lives and societies.
An examination of the scientific and cultural levels in Afghanistan reveals that the status of education in our country is not favorable compared to that of more advanced nations. Therefore, measures must be taken to create suitable avenues for promoting a study and reading culture within the country. It is important to note that high levels of reading and education worldwide are well-established indicators of development and growth.
On the other hand, all the information continuously confirms the positive results of the study, whether people study or not and how much and how often they study reflects their attitude towards the importance of study and its impact on It is a way of life. All information shows that reading strongly changes people’s lives and even their social conditions. Regular study not only increases the probability of economic and academic success, but also seems to awaken the social sense and consciousness of citizenship. Also, studying is correlated with the amount of positive social and personal behavior. Poor study skills also have a strong linear relationship with low levels of occupational and economic success.
Keywords: importance of study, benefits, method of interest, Islamic societies.
    Preamble
The importance of examining the place of study comes from the fact that the book, as a huge treasure of human knowledge, including new and old works, has always been considered as a valid and usable source. The study rate is one of the important indicators of the growth and development of any country. The Organization of Scientific and Cultural Education of UNESCO, in many of its conferences, has considered the spread of books and long-term planning of education as the basis of economic development, and the United Nations Social and Economic Council has also considered books as one of the necessary tools for the development and progress of nations.
Books and studies are among the subjects whose history is as old as the creation of man and man has never been without it. The book has been and will be the storehouse of human knowledge and thought, and human races need to use each other’s experiences and reserves. Through books and reading, a person meets and talks with the best people and benefits from talking with them and catches their shining pearls in the sea of great thoughts. He meets scholars, writers, scientists, politicians, writers, researchers and elders in various fields and benefits from their experiences, advices and wise words. This is why they said: “studying is a conversation with the noblest people of the ages”. The book is the factor of progress. The book is the factor of understanding people and advanced societies.
Yes, the importance of books, the culture of reading books, and the high position of books isn’t hidden from anyone. Books have long been considered one of the most important tools for knowledge and insight. One of the criteria for measuring the cultural and intellectual growth of any country is the number of libraries, bookstores, printed books and readers in that society. Reading books and the high level of study in the world is one of the well-known indicators of development and growth.
Studying as a learning tool and an important factor in the development of science and knowledge has been of general and special attention for a long time, even with the emergence and development of various tools such as radio, television, computer and other audio-visual devices, it hasn’t only not lost its place but also Its importance has increased. Because progress and progress in the fields of science and technology willn’t be achieved without study, and it is not possible to apply and use existing science and technology without studying and knowing its techniques. The first and most effective factor of social, cultural and economic growth and development is to have a society of book lovers. Achieving such a society requires targeted and tested planning and its continuation.
On the other hand, the progress of a country is dependent on the achievements of science and knowledge, and the people of the society take a step further by studying the findings of others and using their experiences in progress and development and try to solve problems and discover phenomena.
The habit of continuous and useful reading is a basic need for all members of the society. Whatever study is done, the least effect is the activation of the person’s thinking system, which is a great goal in itself, so that the person does not accept anything simply or reject it without reason.
